Might or Might?

Might...a word that swallows much.
Minutes, days, years, siphons off joy.
Indecision in such a subtle form.
"Might" rather than "do"?  Life smothered.

Might...a word that signifies strength.
Energy, confidence, fortitude to fly high.
Unlimited horizons...dreaming with purpose, courage
"Might" rather than  "powerlessness"?  Life celebrated.

The choice is ours...each day.

~Inspired by: Six Word Fridays, Making Things Up~ Word for the week "might".

  4. OH I love this. I used might as maybe, which does sort of indicate a kind of weakness or doubt. But when we change it around to the other kind of might, we are so powerful. Wonderful spin!

  5. Love this. A life smothered? Maybe, but the choice is ours to make. I say embrace the mighty.

  12. Yes, "do". I'm working to "doing" more this year. Thanks for the reminder to keep at it.
